BIENVENIDOS A SAN PABLO #areaofgold

You guys. I love San Pablo.

Transfers were tough. I miss Puerto Varas and Hermana S everyday. But I know I am were I'm suppose to be. San Pablo is soo different from Colón. IT'S TINY, and in the middle of no where. When I first got here we stepped of the bus with all my luggage and I was just like "where are we?!" all I could see were weeds and trees and a single road with like 2 houses and a cemetery. And where Puerto Varas had million of stray dogs San Pablo has stray chickens, for realzies. We're just a little branch here, we have about 25 attend church. BUT ITS A BRANCH OF GOLD. Seriously. I love the members already.

and my companion? SO AMAZING. Her name is Hermana D. She's from Utah and she has 8 months in the mission. We went right to work when I got here. and man, she knows how to work. She understands our purpose and is not about to waste anytime. But she is sooo sweet! so tender. We're really helping each other to progress, in obedience, our teaching skills and our Spanish.
We have three investigators with a date for baptism! I'm so excited and soo full of joy I can't even express it to you guys right now. Two are a mother and daughter, Y and P. They're still a nervous and a little unsure but praying everyday to feel ready. this week we'll also invited her other daughter, M, to be baptism too.

The other is M. She's married to a member but he's been inactive for a long time and doesn't remember much. They have a little girl. I met them for the first time last night. She's incredible. She asked us to explain baptism and the holy ghost again because she was started to feel a little scared. The president of the branch and our mission leader were both there and as we testified and taught her the doctrine you could feel the spirit fill the room immediately. It's crazy how all other thoughts that could occupy your mind immediately leave as your begin to focus on the investigator and their needs.

Remember them in your prayers!

thank you so much for your support and prayers. I can assure you that God answers prayers. He's answered mine as I work in His vineyard. Not always when I want or how I want, but He answers. And it's incredible the change I've had. I'm so grateful and humble for the experiences and miracles I'm seeing everyday.

paz y bendiciones
xoxo hna meacham
